Acceptable Use Policy

Spinex makes 360° videos of products. To keep it safe for everyone, and to meet the rules of the AI providers we use, you may not use Spinex to:

• create deepfakes, impersonate real people, or show any identifiable person without their consent;
• create sexual or nude content, or any content showing a person under 18;
• misrepresent a product's appearance, features, size, origin or brand in ads, listings or anywhere else;
• market counterfeit, replica or knock-off goods, or use brands, logos or designs you don't have rights to;
• promote weapons, drugs, tobacco or vapes, adult products, or other illegal or regulated goods;
• create hateful, violent, harassing, political or election content;
• break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• get around our filters, credit limits or security, scrape or overload the service, or reverse-engineer it;
• use Spinex or its videos to train or build a competing AI model or service.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may block or delete the content, withhold credits used on it, and suspend or close the account, as set out in our Terms. Serious or repeated breaches, and anything illegal, may be reported to the authorities.
